However, in the rare event that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to replacing it with the same model (subject to stock availability).

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our merchandise, we operate under a strict no-return policy. All sales are considered final. However, in the rare case that a product is delivered with a manufacturer defect, we offer a replacement with the same model, subject to the terms below.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Sizing issues

• Buyer’s remorse

Replacement Policy (Defective Items Only)

If your items arrive with a manufacturer defect, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement with the same model. This policy applies under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

• An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and revealing the defect must be provided.

• You must include clear photos of the defect (e.g., non-functioning movement, visible damage, broken strap, etc.).

• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging, including the watch box, tags, warranty card, certificates, and any promotional material provided.

Non-Eligible Conditions

• We will not offer replacements if:

• The item shows signs of use or wear.

• The product was damaged due to mishandling, drops, water exposure (unless water-resistant), or attempted repair.

• The original packaging or warranty documents are missing or tampered.

• The defect claim is not supported by photo/video evidence.

• The replacement request is made after the reporting window.

Replacement Process

You are required to submit:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos and unboxing video

• Once approved, our team will issue a Replacement Reference Number and initiate the replacement procedure.

• You must ship the defective watch to the address provided by our team. In some cases, a pickup may be scheduled depending on your location.

• After verification of the returned item, a new unit of the same model will be shipped to you.

• Please note: No replacements will be issued until the original defective item is received and approved by our quality control team.

Limited Availability Clause

As our items are often produced in limited quantities, replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same model is no longer in stock, we will at our discretion:

• Offer store credit equal to the value of your purchase; or

• Allow you to select an alternate model of equal or lesser value (with no refund for the price difference); or

• Allow you to pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced model.

Chargeback Policy

At Opul, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and secure shopping experience. To maintain fairness for both our customers and our business, we have a strict chargeback policy in place.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer, we strongly urge you to contact our team using Contact Us so we may resolve the issue directly and efficiently.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute and challenge any chargeback filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team. If we provide evidence of the following, the chargeback will be actively contested with the payment processor:

• Absence of reported defect within the stated claim window

Valid Claims

We honour legitimate disputes in the following limited scenarios:

• The item was not delivered and shipping records confirm non-delivery

• A verified manufacturing defect was reported within the replacement claim window, and the issue was not resolved

• A double charge occurred due to a technical error (with payment proof)

Customer Responsibility

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time will depend on your country and customs etc. and can take up to 6-9 weeks.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value. Delivery Address Requirements

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

• Refuse delivery or note the damage with the delivery agent

• Take clear photos of the outer packaging and contents

• Customer violates order limits or attempts bulk/reseller orders

• If such cancellation occurs, no refund will be processed unless explicitly authorized by our team in writing and only in cases where the product was never shipped or fulfilled.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

Declined Payments

• Legal fees, administrative costs, and chargeback penalties

You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue based on inconvenient forum or other grounds. This jurisdiction clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of where any legal disputes will be resolved.

However, nothing in this section is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under any applicable local, state, or federal laws that provide greater protections. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, such provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
